On 1, 2, 8 and 9 November, the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) will host its first Digital Recruitment Days.
Our Digital Recruitment Days will offer an opportunity for digital professionals on the lookout for a meaningful and exciting career to meet, connect, have two-way conversations with our digital teams and potentially get hired.
We’re holding the event at Molineux Stadium in Wolverhampton. Each day will be dedicated to different roles and we’ll welcome:
- Product Managers
- Business Analysts
- Live Service Managers
- Technical Architects
- Delivery Managers
- User Researchers
What’s special about this event?
This event is an opportunity for you to really find out about us, just as much as we want to find out more about you. It will be informal and engaging and, for the right people, we’re looking to make job offers in the days immediately following the event.
Whether you have years of experience under your belt or are just starting your career - we’d love to meet you.
During these events you’ll get to:
- meet, chat and connect with people from our digital teams who work in your specialism as well as our senior leadership team
- find out more about what it’s like to work at DLUHC Digital
- learn about staff perks and ways to develop and grow your career with us
- tell us more about you, your skills and experience
- cut down the waiting time in your job search

From investing in local areas to drive growth and create jobs, delivering affordable, better, greener homes, reducing homelessness, supporting community and faith groups, modernising funding, planning and building safety, we help the department deliver innovative, user-centred responses on a broad range of important issues.
We work in autonomous, multi-disciplinary teams in 20 locations across the UK including Wolverhampton and Birmingham, and our people enjoy flexible and hybrid working plus generous benefits and development routes for learning and progression.
What our people say
I genuinely couldn’t feel more supported in my role with DLUHC. It’s been the most supportive and encouraging work environment I’ve experienced. The opportunities for growth and development are fantastic, with a genuine opportunity to work on products and services that make a huge difference in the lives of millions of people across the UK.
Evan, Senior Agile Delivery Manager
DLUHC seems to be at the centre of everything that is going on; be that Covid response, Grenfell Recovery, EU Exit, Afghan Resettlement, Homes for Ukraine or a Cabinet reshuffle and being in Live Services is at the very heart of all of that. In the team, you genuinely get to be who you are and feel comfortable to talk about your differences and to be accepted for them with no judgement.
Kev, Head of Live Services
I love my role as a Product Manager for Access Funding in the Funding Service Design team. I get to work with a team of enthusiastic and highly skilled professionals, finding new ways to simplify funding and generate better outcomes for communities. I feel so lucky that I get to be creative in this role and empowered to try out new ideas. I genuinely look forward to seeing the impact our work has on the people who use our services, knowing that when we solve a problem, it can have a huge impact on so many people’s lives.
Jo, Senior Product Manager
